How long does a service take?
25-45 minutes. Service times can vary depending on the type of pest, level of infestation, and size of property being serviced. Maintenance services with our Duke Pest Hassle-Free/Classic/Vintage service packages will be on the shorter end, and our On Demand services tend to be longer.
How long should I wait to clean after my service has been completed?
This can vary depending on the service provided. Your technician can answer any specific questions, but most of our applications are fine to clean behind once the surface is dry without affecting the application.
Is it safe for children and pets?
We always recommend not allowing any small children or pets in the area of application until the surfaces are dry. With that being said, we don't use any chemicals that we wouldn't use in our own homes with our families and pets. The only service we recommend for an empty residence is flea service.
Will the rain wash it away?
Any home with a built-in eve should be fine. All customers on of our service plans (Hassle Free/Classic/Vintage) have free reservices that can be used if needed in between regular visits.
How soon can I see the results?
You should start seeing results within a few days. That could mean seeing dead pests in different areas of the home.
Will it work after only one service?
This depends on the pest and the level of infestation. Your technician will be able to let you know if it will require more than one visit and factor that into the pricing upon visual inspection and will prefer to schedule the follow-up during your initial visit.
